Account Deletion

CUE PLAY lets users request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to delete your account

1. Open the CUE PLAY app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your private account record
• Your public profile
• Social relationship data such as follows and blocked users
• User feedback records associated with your account
• Selected user-owned app data such as notifications, devices, drill sessions, match history, gear, trophies, hidden matches, and subscription records
• Profile photos stored for your account

What may be retained or anonymized

• Tournament registrations, event player entries, match history, and competition records may be retained in anonymized form where necessary to preserve tournament integrity, standings, auditability, and historical results.
• If data must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons, it will be retained only as required and access will be limited.

Timing

• Account deletion is initiated when you complete the in-app deletion flow.
• Some related data cleanup may complete shortly after the request is processed.
• Retained competition records, where applicable, are anonymized rather than displayed as an active personal profile.
